For Leica Mikrosysteme GmbH, the clear focus at ECP 2025 in Vienna was to showcase its innovative strength while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The trade fair stand was not only intended to present current products, but also to contribute specifically to generating new customer contacts. Leica placed great importance on a modern and comfortable design that was suitable for both short conversations and more intensive product demonstrations.
A standout feature of the 24 m² booth was the LED video wall, which attracted attention from afar and served as a powerful eye-catcher. This element was complemented by several touchscreen kiosks that presented interactive digital content, taking the dialogue with visitors to a new level. Another highlight was the Corporate Minigame, which was developed in collaboration with Metapilots and brought the brand to life in a playful way. The concept was rounded off by a separate, cozy lounge area as well as custom-made furniture and backlit walls that impressively showcased the exhibits.

The biggest challenge was to accommodate the customer's numerous requests within the relatively small stand area of 24 m² without making the space appear cluttered. In addition to the LED skin across the corner, the machines, and the steles, space also had to be created for an inviting lounge. Through precise planning and the use of custom-made furniture, we were able to make optimal use of the space and give each element the room it needed. In addition, we used targeted lighting and backlit walls to ensure that central themes were visually highlighted and that the booth appeared spacious despite its compact size.

This project was an exciting experience for us, especially because of the pleasant and uncomplicated collaboration with the Leica team. The coordination went smoothly, the customer was open to creative solutions and showed great interest in new technologies, whether through the virtual quiz or the digital content presentation. We enjoyed bringing the various requirements together into a coherent overall concept and turning technical challenges into creative opportunities.

The collaboration with WWM was excellent, both in terms of project management and implementation.
