The MedTech company Olympus is a long-standing customer of WWM. Over the past few years, we have continuously developed the stand design in collaboration with Olympus. The design concept aims to ensure that congress visitors immediately register and recognize the Olympus brand. The Olympus corporate design in the main colors blue and white is complemented by large-scale motifs.
The use of backlit walls turns the stands into special eye-catchers. Eye-catching product displays provide orientation and a clear overview of the products and visitors are invited to approach and take the famous "first step onto the stand".
Each stand is individually tailored to the respective target group and is unique. Olympus presents specific equipment on its exhibition stands and enables visitors to experience it first-hand. Media technology is used to convey the practical application of the products: Wall screens above the product stations show the functionality and application of the respective device in real time. Congress participants have the opportunity to get to know the various Olympus products and receive an optimal overview of the solutions on display. This makes the visit to Olympus a memorable experience for congress participants.
The highlight in recent years was the development and implementation of a multimedia concept to visually connect the two main specialist areas at Olympus.
By means of a large video wall consisting of 20 LED skin modules, which was placed between two large image motifs from the examination room and operating room, a uniform presentation of interdisciplinary cooperation as practiced in hospitals was created on the exhibition stand. Specially produced animations of the procedures together with the key products were shown on the LED video screen.
Event Metrics sensors are used by Olympus at their trade fair stands to analyze visitor flows. Furthermore, the use of event metrics provides important information about the number of visitors and how long they stay.
The data collected from this gives Olympus the opportunity to optimize future trade fair appearances, such as the placement of exhibits and the deployment of stand personnel.
Event Metrics thus offers interesting and helpful insights and helps to maximize the success of the trade fair.
