Goals of the trade fair appearance

With its appearance at Eurobike 2025 in Frankfurt, Mocci presented the next generation of urban mobility: a smart eBike for professionals with maintenance-free drive technology. The trade fair stand positioned the brand as a modern hardware tech company, conveyed the message “Made to Work,” and at the same time served to attract new dealer contacts and strengthen the brand's market presence in brick-and-mortar and online retail.

The trade fair project

We created an 80 m² stand that provided the ideal stage for the innovative product portfolio. Clear structures, modern shapes, and a color scheme of blue and white tones created a clean and inviting atmosphere. We placed the bikes on personalized pedestals and one directly on the floor, whose structure replicated a bike path, creating an authentic brand experience. Complemented by touch monitors, a well-thought-out stand architecture, and harmonious lighting, the result was a presentation that was modern, digital, and emotional at the same time.

Lighting & long-distance effect

We used a suspended truss system to ensure visibility in the exhibition hall. A ten-meter-long truss stretched across the stand. A lighting concept consisting of spotlights and floodlights showcased the bicycles perfectly. With a wall height of 4.0 m and a long-distance effect of up to 6.0 m, we created an open, highly visible trade fair appearance with a clear brand presence.

Technology & Equipment

In addition to the open presentation area, a compact cabin provided storage space and a practical retreat for the stand team. The construction was based on a reusable aluminum frame system that could be used flexibly for walls, cabins, and room dividers. An environmentally friendly graphic fabric was used for the wall surfaces, which can be printed brilliantly, customized, and reused multiple times. The booth was complemented by rental furniture from our inventory, which can be customized with branding as needed.
For quality assurance purposes, the customer received all technical drawings, samples, and graphic booklets in advance. Assembly and disassembly were carried out by experienced, accredited teams and a personal assembly manager who was available as a direct contact person during the trade fair handover.

Challenges and solutions

One of the biggest challenges was to position the large number of exhibits in such a way that each bike was shown to its best advantage without overloading the stand. Together with the customer, we developed a tiered presentation that directed visitors' attention and gave each exhibit its own stage. The integration of the back walls with brand messages and screens was also closely coordinated to master the balancing act between functional presentation and emotional brand experience. Thanks to the modular design, we also ensured that the stand could be used flexibly not only for Eurobike, but also for future trade fairs.

Personal thoughts on the project

Working with the Mocci team was characterized by an open, creative, and highly professional atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the passion the company puts into every detail of its vision and how much this enthusiasm motivated our project team. The combination of clear structure and emotional product presentation inspired us because the booth never seemed cluttered, despite the many exhibits. It was exciting for us to see how an innovative start-up product could be combined with a tailor-made exhibition stand to create a powerful overall experience.
