The trade fair project

The main aim of the trade fair stand was to present new products and attract potential customers. The trade fair stand was to provide a platform to present the company and its innovations in the field of outdoor equipment and sleeping bags and thus arouse the interest of trade fair visitors. The trade fair concept was developed to not only present the products functionally, but also in an emotionally appealing way.

The design of the stand had a modern, industrial feel, which perfectly matched the brand and the outdoor character of the products. The focus was on a clear and impressive presentation that allowed visitors to experience both the quality and functionality of the products up close.

Eyecatcher & Besonderheiten des Messestandes

One of the eye-catchers of the stand was the presentation of the sleeping bags. These were displayed on a specially carved wall that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The wall displayed a selection of the sleeping bags in different models and designs to emphasize the variety and technical features of the products. This customized presentation gave the stand a high-quality and sophisticated look.

A central element of the stand was the podium in the middle of the stand, where the new 2025 products were presented. This space proved to be ideal for drawing attention to the new products. The entire staging of the exhibits ensured that visitors had the feeling of being directly immersed in the world of the product.

Challenges at the trade fair stand

G-LOFT® is a revolutionary synthetic fiber and the heart of CARINTHIA products such as sleeping bags and clothing. The team took up the challenge of providing this innovative insulation fleece with an equally innovative presentation area and to showcase its lightness and functionality in an appealing way. The proposal included a specially designed stand with an integrated fan that allowed the fleece to circulate freely in the air. In addition, displays with 20 x 20 cm fleece variants were placed at the side to allow the insulation material to be experienced both visually and haptically.

The displays provided visitors with information about the properties and areas of application of the different G-LOFT® variants. Two monitors on the front and back of the stele also showed video material on the history of G-LOFT® as well as exciting insights into the production facility.

Personal thoughts on the project

The collaboration with the client was very pleasant from the very beginning. I particularly liked the open and friendly communication. The client was always available for meetings and discussions and was always satisfied with the solutions we presented. This positive collaboration greatly enriched the entire project. It was exciting to develop and implement the various ideas together, especially the technical solution for the presentation of the G-Loft fleece. The mutual appreciation and trust in the expertise led to a great end result that was extremely satisfying for both the customer and us as stand builders. The challenge of presenting innovative products at a trade fair in a creative way made the project particularly exciting and we are proud of the result.
