Stand design and trade fair concept for bsport

For bsport, a high-quality and modern exhibition stand was developed for FIBO Cologne 2026, clearly reflecting the brand’s positioning as a leading all-in-one management platform for the wellness and fitness industry.

The stand was designed as an open, clearly zoned brand space, focusing on demo, meeting, and VIP areas, with strong visibility achieved through distinctive lighting-based branding. In addition, an inviting spatial concept was created, using high-quality materials, a bright aesthetic, and a dedicated lounge area to support a comfortable and professional environment for visitors and business conversations.

The design concept was based on a bright and friendly visual language, combining white and grey tones with natural wood elements and strategically placed lighting accents. This resulted in a modern, warm, and professional atmosphere.

The overall design follows a clean, contemporary, and premium lounge-inspired feel. Darker accents, natural materials, and high-quality furniture create an environment that conveys value, calmness, and sophistication, providing the perfect setting for successful conversations. The experience feels emotional, relaxed, and visually appealing, allowing visitors to immediately understand the brand and its purpose.

Challenges & our solutions

Directly adjacent to the stand was a lounge area provided by the trade fair, which did not match the overall design concept and negatively impacted the visual and spatial impact of the booth. In addition, further adjustments and interventions were required during the build-up phase by the trade fair management.

The main challenges involved the following:

  • The adjacent lounge area provided by the trade fair, which did not align with the stand design,

  • An unapproved attempt to introduce own furniture and a carpet,

  • As well as a wall installed by the trade fair management on the first day of the build-up.

  •  

Solution:

  • The adjacent lounge area was visually integrated into the overall stand design, creating a harmonious and consistent appearance.

  • The planned furniture and carpet concepts were not implemented in line with the trade fair regulations, and the stand design was flexibly adapted accordingly.

  • The wall installed by the trade fair management was removed.

Final result:

The stand appears larger and more open. In addition, a clear line of sight from the main aisle was created, significantly improving the stand’s visibility.

Conclusion and personal impressions

The bsport exhibition stand at FIBO Cologne 2026 was successfully realised and met all defined objectives in terms of brand presence, lead generation, and visitor impact.


Despite structural and organisational challenges, a strong and consistent brand environment was created that proved compelling both functionally and emotionally. In particular, the high quality of stay and the clear visual differentiation within the trade fair environment stood out. The client gave highly positive feedback and confirmed the success of the overall trade fair appearance.


Overall, the stand functioned not only as a presentation space, but as an immersive brand environment that sustainably anchored bsport in the minds of its target audience.
